Dollshouse swap / A new project

I am back from my holiday in England. The weather was not very good (we had a lot of rain) and max. 20 degrees. But I enjoyed the fantastic landscape in Derbyshire!
I bought some minis in Chesterfield and forgot my bag with all the minis in England!! Tata I am getting old.
This is the link for the miniature shop in Chesterfield:

I was very late with my last swap (the romantic bed) so I start directly with my next one. It is a gentelmen swap. My idea was to make some shirts and ties. But I was not alone with this idea. My next idea was to make a model railway but I could not find the right materials (my idea was a metal train). The next idea was to make machines/tools for the 1:12 men but I don’t like to work with fimo! I decided to make a dollshouse kit and some boxes (of course they use also Proxxon and Unimat machines).

2 years ago I was a member in the MiniUni (an online miniature group). Rita Beninde is the owner of this yahoo group. One of the projects was a desk with a little dollshouse and a tool box.

Here I post my result. I would like to make a dollshouse shop

  2. Sorry to hear about the weather during your holiday, but you had more time for minis that way... The display is great. I love the boxes you made for the swap!! They are gorgeous. Do you know where you forgot the miniatures in England, maybe someone can post them to you.
    Miniature greetings
